For Your Information: Perhaps your Customer Relations Department or Promotions Department is not informed about the "sham" or "faux" genealogy surname books that Halbert's produces, but not only are they worthless, they are simply telephone lists of all people with the same surname (last name) and MANY of the listing are INACCURATE and OUTDATED. Unfortunately, my seventy year old aunt send me one as a birthday gift one year. I was very excited until I started to read it, and then to check on the listings of the relatives I knew - some of the addresses were 5 years old and NOT valid. I think they just keep adding the phone listings, but never removing any old listings - that way the volume grows and so does the price. You should be ashamed for being "taken" by Halberts and allowing ANY promotion from them. Those "in the know" will not look well upon Chevron. Better start checking on what you are promoting as it DOES reflect Chevron.
