Now on with my problem I have Samuel Waters b. 1786 in Carponey, Antrim, Ireland he married Ann Cargo abt 1789 also from Carponey, Antrim, Ireland. Can anyone help with these families. I asked on another list and drew a big fat blank. Hoping someone out there knows of the Waters Family, or something about Carponey, Antrim, Ireland.
