MAGOONAUGH AND HURT Thomas MAGOONAUGH and Ann HURT came from Ireland to New York about 1830. Had a daughter Catherine b. abt 1832 and a son b. abt 1834. Then in 1836 the family appears in Detroit/Deaborn Michigan and another 5 children are born there. Daughere Catherine married John MEERS on 25 Feb 1854. in Detroit.
