Joanne..The town is Portlaw,Waterford County,Barony of Upperthird,Civil parish of Clonagam and Poor Law Union of Carrick on Suir. Census records exist for 1901 and 1911 and are available through the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, The Mormons. You can order a copy of the 1901 census from your local Family History Center ...I think the town of Portlaw is in the Electorial District of Portlaw.
