I'm looking for any assistance anyone can provide in locating several entities in County Wexford. My GGGrandfather married a lady from "Kilcone", but I can't seem to faind any Kilcone in County Wexford. Could it be in another County or possible it no longer exists------ the marriage was in the early 1800's. Also, my GGrandfather was educated at "the church school" [so our family history says] at Facuinshane in County Wexford, and I can't seem to locate that place either? Any advice? Is it perhaps not a town, but some other entity? My GGrandmother was also educated at "the church school" in Ballevalden in County Wexford. Is the correct spelling Ballevalden or Ballyvalden? And would there be more than one church school there? I'm told she was Protestant, but am unsure of what denomination or church they might have attended or belonged to there? Any ideas? And finally, my GGrandmothers parents were from Farouamille in County Wexford---- any suggestions on where that might be located or "does it still exist"? I guess the good news is that they lived in Hardiglass/Hardyglass [I've seen it spelled both ways] and I found that in southern County Wexford between Lake Tacumshin and Lady's Island Lake, so at least I know where some of them are from. One final question----- can anyone tell me where I might purchase [via Internet] a copy of the upcoming new issue of the County Wexford 1998-99 phone book? Any and all responses greatly appreciated. /S/ Jim Carey Washington, DC
