Dear Bob, The forwarded msg was sent as an attached file. I don't know how Netscape or even separate email programs work except for Eudora Light which I once used. Anyway if you are an Internet Explorer user you can tell if there is an attached file since a little paper clip icon will appear next to your message. Click on the msg twice. And then click on the little envelope icon on the bottom of the msg. Then Voila! you can read your message. Gail O'Possum
