Hi, I have been researching the family of David and Mary Bradley for a while now. They left Donegal and came to America in 1867. They lived in a place called Carrigans Village in Donegal. I am trying to find out if anyone knows where to write for a birth Certificate or record in Donegal. The problem may be that when they left Ireland,there village was considered in Northern Ireland and not the Republic of Ireland. It wasn't untill a later border change that Carrigans village became part of the Republic of Ireland. Anyone have any ideas on where to go from here? Thanks. Kay B.
