Hello all! This is a formal(?) invitation to all who are interested in pursuing the upcoming Genealogy course at VU and playing around with us in FIANNA... (1) Go to http://www.vu.org Find the channel page, go to channel 32, sign up! Read about study groups and then go sign up for GEUROPE...that way we'll all be in the one big group and Fianna will be the Irish leg of that. If anyone prefers to work on links, we'll see if Janet will accept more (Janet, are you listening???) and if so you can work on the links through our group! (2) Go to the Hideaway on Sunday or early Monday and I'll have posted the date and time of the first meeting. (3) Get your mIRC or PIRCH or Mircle in good shape and join us per the directions you'll find! (4) we'll try to get some organization started, pick a Rigfennid (leader) and get an idea of what we want to do as a group and what fians we'll need.... The first online class will be on Thursday, 6pm PACIFIC time on the same server as the #Fian..(3) above... on #channel33 (that's channel 33) Let's do it folks! It's fun! It's informative!
