Am seeking family information for Daniel MARTIN, b est. late 1820's early 1830's, wife Mary SULLIVAN. Came from IRE (unknown where) to NYC in 1852 with son, Daniel, 2. Still searching in Manhattan without luck (am awaiting films on the 1860 Census). Am also seeking info on Patrick MONAHAN (same timeframe, same lack of info!) and wife, Bridget DOLAN, likely came to US in mid 1860's, settled in Brooklyn. Came with daughter Mary Jane. Mary Jane may have been their only child. Mary Jane married Daniel Martin in Manhattan in 1889. This is my father's father's family. I'm going with my Dad to Ireland this summer to visit, we would love to find anything about these families (I already have found everyone on his Mother's side!) ANY help would be appreciated.
