Hi everyone, Does anybody out there have any knowledge on how to access Birth, Death and marriage records in the state of Pennsylvania prior to the year 1900? I'm looking for info. on a fellow named John Joseph Neeson who was born there before the turn of the century. I don't know where to start, Regards and thanks in anticipation.
