Yes, ten years ago I used them to find some information about my ggrdfr. in Roscommon.. I send them the necessary funds, and I received word that after the check had cleared they would begin my research. Having received no communique from them, eight months later I sent a strongly-worded letter to them that I was very unhappy with what had been (or not been) going on for 8 months and that I expected to hear from them immediately. Several weeks later, they sent me notification that they had been unable to find any information at all, and that was the end of our dealings. Good luck!
