My mother born in 1898 left a hugh book of family stories and memories.In the book she stated we go often to Perry,Iowa to visit our Ferris and Fish cousins. I would like to know if anyone has the name Ferris in Iowa. I dont know how they are related to our Hardenbrooks,and Montgomery family.Also looking for a David Ferris with a wife Margaret.was a civil war nurse.He would have been a sourthern soldier in the Civil War.
