Today, I received a notice from the Ulster Historical Foundation that a new and updated version of the book "Plantation of Ulster by R. J. Hunter" was released today 5/30/2018 by the Public Records Office of Northern Ireland. It is available in their library in Belfast, or by special on line purchase for only ONE cent. Their on line source is BooksIreland.org.uk I have read this book, and found it to be a meticulous examination of documents relating to the plantation of Ulster starting in 1600 and going up to 1661. However your ancestors may have been effected by this historic event, you will find the details in this research book very helpful. The book was written in an academic manner, and the general public will find it dry and boring, but anyone researching this time and place will find it of interest. Just thought it was worth a heads up notice for the FG members. Jim Dix
