Dear Golden friends, Thank you all for the wonderful memories of Joseph Locke. My personal favourite is a beautiful rendition he recorded as an old man on an LP I still treasure: 'She Walked through the Fair', without accompaniment; not the easiest piece of music to sing at any time. His voice was as pure and fresh as when he was a young man.
