Viola, Again you are sharing important info with us. This explains to me why some of my families such as the Bustard family, could have spread out from e.g. Donegal to Fermanagh....or why the Storey family which was in Leitrim was also perhaps in Fermanagh. Also, I have information saying that my gr. gr. grandpa, Alexander Acheson travelled to Scotland. He was supposedly a veterinarian, and so would have at least gone to Edinburgh to train. I need to find info about that. [From memory] "A Captain Thomas WEIR, and his Cousins" and are described as 'Gent' in the religeous Census. Landlords passed their reliable families around between each other so that spread the families out across two or three Counties. One WEIR family was with Hume at Ely in his Muster Rolls. Spreading from Donegal to Fermanagh is NOTHING... just down the road to many and even 2 neighbours or father/son etc could be in 2 counties with just a stream between them
