Do anybody know which is correct pele towers or peel towers -- or are they the one and the same? Also, I have so many messages that say Parishes, but they are not about Parishes.Please update the subject line. Shirley

Hi Shirley, Google Ireland uses the two words interchangeably and have the same meaning. Interestingly, it seems different localities favour one or the other spelling. Could this be the difference between Scottish/English medieval language perhaps?
