Dee, I've just sent the following to Carol Marlo.... Carol, I looked again at FMP, very briefly, as internet here kept dropping out. I found a Magauran & SLOEY? item, I don't know if it was the original one I noticed, but didn't get the opportunity to read it..... Drogheda Journal or Meath & Louth Advertiser : 27/6/1827. As said , internet dropped out, so being unable to open it, I don't have the page num. It was for SLOEY, which I had noticed was one of the variations of the SLOWEY name. The index for this item, suggested the charge was serious!! I was having all sorts of trouble bringing up FMP yesterday, must have been overload, lots of tourists in our little town & we are on the end of a very long line!! Saw another Magauran item, have the date, but not the paper. This item referred to the Magauran's ability, to cure or relieve the symptoms of Hydrophobia. Whether my original message referred to this or something separate, I don't know, as I only glanced at it briefly.... HTHs, Carole.
