On one of their Civil Marriage records, after 1845, one of the paid sites for Irish research, is assuming that if those persons being married are full age, they must be over 21 years of age. That assumption is OK, but then they record if the participants are over 21, then they must be aged 22 !!!!! and 22 is the age recorded in the age column. Misleading for new researchers to genealogy!! Carole.
