Hi, Eilish, the phone number for familytreedna.com is 713-868-1438. They are on Central Time which is 2 hours different from Eastern Standard Time in the US. Their hours are M-Th 9-4:30 and Friday 9-12, 1-4:30 p.m. (apparently closed from noon to 1 p.m. on Friday). (So when it is 9 a.m. in New York, it is only 7 a.m. in Houston, Texas, where familytreedna is.) I think they are the best company. Some of the others, like ancestrydna.com do not test yDNA nor mtDNA. Good luck.
