The Will of Hugh Armstrong who died Aug 1793 was left unadministered by Anne Armstrong otherwise Shields (Widow). It was granted to William Lloyd (administrator of Elizabeth Lloyd's estate), as Elizabeth Lloyd (Widow) deceased was the only surviving Legatee... he had to prove she was the only surviving Legatee when she died!!
