I was tired and frustrated from trying to find the seminary and then realizing that I had contacted them years ago to no avail. Good thing though (that I had previously contacted them) as it is no longer a seminary and the records would now be in the diocesan archives. I had already been in touch with the archivist regarding another record, only to find out that they are no longer allowing personal access to their records nor can (or will) they search records for genealogical purposes!
