Mr. Isaac Weir, Q.C., revising barrister for I North Fermanagh, who through sudden illness adjourned the Revision Court on Saturday, died on Monday from the general break up of his constitution. I 11 Nov 1897 117 YEARS OLD. According to a Dublin correspondent, Mrs Annie Armstrong, whose credentials have recently been investigated, may vary fairly claim to be the oldest person alive. She was born in 1781 at a place called Florence Court, in the county Fermanagh, and is now in her 117th year. She is residing in Miltownmalbay, a small village in county Clare.
