When John died in 1817, his Will wasn't administered by by Isabella or William, the executors! Whoever was to get anything didn't.... When William died his son William was the only living legatee so if others were supposed to inherit via terms of Will they didn't, so the Will couldn't be Probated! The Will was executed! Killed off....Died.
