Discovery Series Ordnance Survey maps are excellent tourist information maps, especially for locating heritage sites such as Megalithic Tombs, Standing Stones, Castles, Holy Wells and Churches.     3. Even better, the ones in the North have outlines of the townlands on the back of them. It makes seeing relationships between townlands much easier.
