I am just becoming familiar with my great grandmother's Ross family from Leitrim. Isabella Ross (1850-1906) may have had a brother named Hugh Ross who was attached to the army in India as a teacher. Evidence for this man being a brother is circumstantial. He moved to Dublin, and died about 1940. Isabella lived in Shanvaus townland, Killasnt parish near Lurganboy ( already told you some of this earlier today) Anne On Apr 14, 2016 3:52 PM, "Dave H. via" <[email protected]> wrote: > http://archiver.rootsweb.ancestry.com/th/read/IRELAND/1997-11/0880769355 > ....researching the family of Robert MAGUIRE/MCGUIRE, found in > Lugnafaughery, Killasnet Parish, Co.
