For births from 1864 to 1921 for the Republic of Ireland, write to General Register Office 8-11 Lombard Street Dublin 2, Ireland For births in Northern Ireland (Fermanagh, Armagh, Antrim, Derry, Down and Tyrone) write to Oxford House Chichester Street Belfast, Northern Ireland According to some sources, Oxford House is only supposed to have records from 1922 on, but I was there this past summer and they had the records for Fermanagh from 1864.
