You can address your letter simply to Fermanagh County Library, Enniskillen, Co Fermanagh, Northern Ireland. There is only one library and the town is small enough that that is enough address to get it there. I think the SASE and postal reply coupons idea should work. Don't send a check, it is too costly for them to convert it. There may not be a separate library in Tempo, but I think the EK library would have the phone book anyway. Good luck! Janet C-S
