    2. Bud and all: Sorry, I guess it wouldn't hurt to go into specifics. The following Rooney family came from Fermanagh County Ireland James Rooney(b. 1800) and wife Margaret Mulligan(b.1809) They had the following children: Isabelle Mary b. Dec 1835 Ann b. May 3, 1841 Bridget b. 1849 Frank C. b. 3 May 1850 Sara Ellen (Nellie) b. 1855 Margaret b. 1857 James E. b. 8 Jan 1857 Jane (Jenny ) b. 1858 Daniel Alphonsius b. 10 Feb 1863 I found out recently from a cousin that they came in the port at New Orleans and she found the passengership list date. ****************************************************************************** ******************** One Bagan Iam looking for is Patrick Bagan baptized Jan 31 1836 at Parish of Roslea, Counties of Ferrmanagh and Monaghan (this is off his baptismal record) parents were listed as Thomas Bagan and Anne McArey oon Baptismal record from Roslea. Thomas and Anne also had a son John and another son(Thomas). ****************************************************************************** ******************** Another Beggin/Bagan family Iam looking for left Ireland about 1840. Iam not sure if the brothers left all together or seperately but ended up in Jo Daviess County, Illinois. Iam not sure if these Beggins are connected to the above Bagan as he ended up near them in the US. These brothers were born in Ireland: Joseph Beggin born about 1800, married Ann something, (more below). to IL Bernard Beggin,b. 1814 in Fermanagh Co.came to IL JohnBeggin born on 24 June 1819 in Fermanaugh Co., came to IL they also had a sister that died in Ireland on 16 March 1904, have no idea what name or if she married. Joseph and Ann Beggin had the following children in Fermanagh Co. Ireland Terrence(Levy?) Beggin born abt 1830 James Beggin b. abt 1832 Anne Beggin b. abt 1834 Thomas Beggin b. 22 April 1838 Patrick Beggin 21 April 1841 On the 1840's this family came to Apple River, Jo Daviess County, IL Anne that is listed above married James Barron in Jo Daviess County ILL and later moved to Buffalo, NY area where I assume she is buried but have never been able to find her.
