Al: I have an Isabella Wiggins who married Arthur Armstrong on Dec 15, 1819. Both of Fermanagh, Poor Law Union of Clones. My family, Armstrongs, lived on the townland of Kilmore which is in the south of Fermanagh near the border and close to Newtownbutler. In the townland of Carneyhome which is just across the road from Kilmore there was a family of Wiggins. Of course Wiggins is quite a common name in Fermanagh as is Armstrong. I dont have much more information, but believe Arthur Armstrong was a brother to my gggrandfather Thomas Armstrong. Several offsprings were named Wiggins. Donald J. Boyle brantford, ontario, canada
