If you mean that you need church records to be searched, then you would probably be better advised to use your local mormon/LDS Family History Centre, and to order the relevant films in to view them. When you or a researcher go/goes to PRONI, you order up the same films; so it is better to do it yourself, in your home district. Of course, if you are talking about non-filmed records which PRONI holds, then: yes, you would need a local researcher.
