Earlier this year, I posted a notice of a book availiable about Griffiths Valuation of Ireland. >From the advertisement, it appeared to be a copy of the Valuation. It was not. It is a book explaining the terms, headings used, and the reason for the Valuations. Two items are of interest. The Valuation for county Femanagh was completed in 1862.
