Yes, I have tried to get help from FTM help desk. They were of very little help, until I talked to the 4th person on that desk. She gave me marginal help to the point where I got rid of the gazillion names on that tree. The name that THEY chose to send me that endless tree was my last name, that of my step-father. They could have saved a lot of time and energy if they had asked permission and I could have told them that I wasn't interested in other than relatives. Marion Wood
