Hello there y'all! Arrived safely yesterday. Drove today from Coleraine to Derry (Londonderry) to see if I could find any passenger records for FF - no such luck they all start in the 1800's. Tomorrow I'll be at the County Library in Coleraine to search the Irish Studies Library as I met the librarian at tonight's North of Ireland Family History Society - Coleraine Branch meeting and she invited me to search their records. Then, I will return to Londonderry to search all the LDS records they have there on Ireland without having to order them and wait and pay for them at home. I'll drive down to Armagh to stay at Roberta FERGUS Barron's there while I commute the 45 min. drive to Omagh where I'll DIG IN! and hopefully find the FF connection back one generation further! Pray for that to happen please! All is well - I tried to post to the list, but it bounced - so perhaps you will have to pass along my news if you don't see posts from me to the FERGUS-L.
