Hello again, Those of you who are related to my g-g-g-g-grandfather, Francis FERGUS are undoubtedly familiar with the black or red book titled "FERGUS Family History" written by Morris Freeman Fergus of Dayton, Ohio and John Franklin Fergus of Columbus, Ohio. I wrote: "Imagine what Morris would have done had he been online. His efforts were tireless and gigantic compared with how easily we are communicating . . . I do think of him and honor his and Uncle Frank's contribution upon which we are standing. Is there someone who could write a tribute to them for our new website? Perhaps one of you knew Morris and/or Uncle Frank or are closely related to one of them.? I know that there are other FERGUS' who are not related to our lineage who will be on the website too, but it is the impetus of these men that we have moved forward to collect and gather ALL Fergus information. I feel that Morris and John Franklin should be recognized. Who will step forward to write a tribute to one or both of these men who pioneered our FERGUS genealogy relating to Francis FERGUS? There is plenty of room so if perhaps several or many wish to write a tribute all will be posted - sons, grandsons, great-grandsons, daughter, granddaughters, and great-granddaughters STEP FORWARD please. Post your information to me. Fondly, Cynthia ^.^.^. N E W FERGUS Research Worldwide website http://homepages.rootsweb.com/~fergus00/ ^.^.^.^.^.^.^.^.^.^.^.^.^.^.^.^.^.^.^.^.^.^.^.^.^.
