Calling all willing volunteers for help on Sunday at 11:00 a.m. EST - 1:00 p.m. approx. In order to get our new super duper website ready for take-off we need to gather ideas and volunteer for various areas of expertise/responsibility. So far volunteers are Shirley Fergus from N.C.(#1 Right-Hand Lady), George Baumbach (who had the 1st FERGUS site!), Jill Fergus McGirr (another willing volunteer who does lookups on CD), and Bill Richards (Scotland>Manitoba group). We still need another 4-5 persons to help us "lift off". So, if you are "lurking" out there, decide to join us and get to know more FERGUS folk in a joint effort. We need people who know more about computers/HTML/and stuff than I do! We need people who are willing to type information we will snail mail or forward to them! We need cheerleaders to root us on when we get bogged down and discouraged! AND we need each of you to search through your family Bible, grandma's trunk, and that box of old letters and documents! Yes, you see we need each and everyone of you. What if I just boxed up all of the FERGUS materials I have gathered and taped the box shut and stored it in the basement? Same-o, same-o if you are not sharing the wealth of materials you have.
