Hi Bud, I think you're looking for the same Jonathan B(asset) Fay that Cliff and Dorothy Hard were researching in December 1999. There is extensive information in the archives of this list if you do a search for "Jonathan" in the 1999 archives. Let me know if you need help with the archives. There is information in the Orlin OP Fay genealogy of John Fay of Marlborough but much of it is in error or incomplete and the archives appear to give a more complete picture. Mary Fay Nelson has also written regarding this line in connection with perhaps some having died in an epidemic. In any event, it is helpful to other Fay researchers if you publish the results of your research here so it is retained in the archives and others have a chance to benefit from it.
