Dear Family and Friends, http://www.fayfamily.org The Fay Family now has a home page on RootsWeb and we hope that all of you will visit and send suggestions and comments about what is there and what you would like to see there. Our goal is to provide a starting place for all who are interested in the Fay family. We do not plan to include all of the information which is available, but we would like eventually to provide pointers TO all of the information. In connection with this, we hope that you will write to us with: YOUR home page address. If you have a homepage with any information about the various branches of Fays, please let us know. We will provide a link from the Fay Family page to yours, so that all may find and visit you. BOOKS which you have found helpful. We have some of the obvious ones listed already, but we need more. Where have YOU found material? If the material is available on the web, tell us the name of the book AND the web address. If you own the book, and it is no longer copyrighted, scan pages from it, and send the resulting images-- we will put them up so that all can use this source. GEDCOMs.. if you have your Fay family material in a GEDCOM file, let us know.. we will be posting GEDCOMs as soon as we have some. Any thing else which you think would be of interest to all of us! And we are happy to announce that the Dave Fay Website is now replanted at RootsWeb thanks to the combined efforts of several people. Dic Carnes is taking a major role in revising and expanding much of the material originally posted by Dave Fay, whose untimely death was so unfortunate.
