He married (1) Mary Murray in 1818 and (2) Polly Colby abt 1823. Children were: 1. Nathan Murray Fay-b. 1819 (*from Mary Murray-my line) 2.Safford Fay-b. 1824 3. Martha Fay- b. 1826 4. Sarah Ann-b. 1827 5. Martha b. 1828 6. Harry Colby Fay-b. 1830 (died Sulvan Co., NH) 7.Enos Fay b. 1833 8. Elliot Fay b. 1837 (died Potsdam, NY) 9. Arnold Fay b. 1840 (died Sulvan Co., NH-served in Gettysburg,Civil War) Do any of these lines ring a bell? They are from Chittendon County, VT. My line is through son Nathan Murray Fay (fought in CedarCreek), and his son Newton Murray Fay. (other siblings- Roby Nathan Fay (Civil War), Ada Fay (married to Edgar C.
