Morning all, I've been doing a lot of work looking at the census, trying to piece together everyone in my various lines, and a question has been bothering me for some time. What does DO mean under state of origin or birth? For the life of me, I cannot figure out which state or country that would be. I'm inclined to think it actually means something along the lines of Data Omitted, or something similar, since on a few people I saw it on, had a different abbreviation in a later census.
