Dear Jim, In you FAY-D message Vol. 00; Number 68: x-message 5 you have several entries for Cyrus Fay: 1830; 1840; 1850; 1870 as being in Columbus, OH, Wards 2 and 3. I think that this may be Cyrus Paige Fay, OPF # 959. OPF, 1898: 42; 83 In OPF, he is listed as a merchant in Columbus, OH. His dates were b. Feb. 16, 1796, d. Oct. 2, 1872.. He was also treasurer of the C.[olumbus?] & Xenia Railroad. He married Myra Barnes, who died in 1849. He married again April 1854 to Mrs. Caroline E. Ely. The Henry T. Fay of 1850 is probably his son, Henry Tudor Fay. OPF # 959-2. The Samuel B. Fay of 1850, Columbus Ward 3, is probably his son Samuel Barnes Fay OPF # 959-3. Sincerely, Mary (FAY) Nelson 9
