Dear JIM, I think that Hollis FAY of the 1850 and 1860 Census index is probably Hollis Fay OPF # 217-2, OPF, 1898: p. 245-246. OPF says he was a farmer and resided in Bowling Green, OH. He married Philinda Emeline Pike on Sept. 1, 1843. He has 5 known children. His oldest brother was Addison Fay whose wife, Matilda CROW Fay, died in Bowling Green OH on Sept. 1862. They had 3 known children. His middle brother was given as Wooster Fay in OPF, and as Worster Fay in the census index of 1850. Orlin P. FAY gives only his name .
