I do not have it ALL yet; it does take time to do, and I do not have more than 24 hours a day. But I am doing it, and, I think, doing it well. There are many things on the website that are good. Perhaps it is high time you looked, rather than asking for different format on the list. I myself am happy indeed to see people posting to the list: I can change the format to what I myself want.
