Farris, 61 Larry E. Farris, 61, of New Franklin, Mo., died Saturday, June 14, 2003, in St. Louis, Mo. A memorial service will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 18, 2003, at William Wood Funeral Home. Pastor Tom Leuther will officiate the service. Mr. Farris was born September 17, 1941, in Boonville, Mo., the son of Wilbur S. and Mary M. McFarland Farris, Sr. He married Nancy Edens October 18, 1961. He was a farmer and was a lifelong member of the American Angus Association in St. Joseph, Mo. He is survived by his wife; his children, twin sons, Michael J. and Daniel S. Groves, both of Boonville; one daughter, Lorri A. Farris Lieberman of New Franklin; one sister, Mary J. Medlin of Springfield, Mo.; four brothers, Wilbur S. Farris, Jr., of Boonville, Arthur Farris of Boonville, Lacy Farris of Arkansas, and Robert Farris of West Virginia; five grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, and one sister. Memorial contributions are suggested to the family.
