FARRIS for years and you look like my best bet. Info I have is from FARRIS and MARPLE Family Tree, which shows James W. Farris born 1816 in Lincoln Co. KY. If this is who I am looking for, he had a son, James W. FARRIS born in TN 2-14-1851. He moved to Scott Co., MO where he died 4-22-1918. He raised a family here and my husband would be his grandson. The family knows absolutely NOTHING about his early family. Would like to hear from you. Mary
