Farris was married to my Gr Aunt Nancy Catherine Moore. I have a poem/song he wrote for his mother-in-law Celia Anderson Curtis Moore about the loss of Riley Moore, Nancy Catherines' brother who was killed in the Civil War. Her older brother James Robinson Moore married my gr grandmother, and I have pictures of several of the Farris children including your gr grandfather Riley.
