Hi, all, I sent a message Sunday about the missing portion of Alexander Faires' gravestone. Today I got an e-mail from one of his descendants. She had taken the top half of the stone to see if it could be connected to the bottom of the stone. It could not, so she is getting a new headstone made. She will be returning the old headstone, and it will sit beside the new one. Deborah
