Born March 10, 1927, in Monroe, Ark., she lived in Encinitas for 45 years. She was a waitress and hostess at El Rancho Restaurant. Mrs. Burchett is survived by her brother, Jerry Farris of Vista and sister Johnnie Brown of Pottsboro, Texas. Visitation is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 20, at Allen Bros. Mortuary, Vista Chapel. Graveside service will follow at 1:30 p.m. at San Marcos Cemetery. Allen Bros. Mortuary, Vista Chapel is handling arrangements.
