Your query regarding Moses P. being enumerated in the household of Elizabeth instead of Robert M. is interesting. The information I have shows that they divorced, one source saying 1860, another showing as late as 1863. It is possible they had a very lengthy separation, and the divorce was only finalized after she entered the asylum. My guess is that by the time of the1870 census he was out on his own.
