She was born April 30, 1909 in Duncan, OK to Isaac Edward and Hazel Craig Farris. She lived many years in Clinton, OK and graduated form high school there in 1927. She received her Elementary Teaching Certificate from Trinity University in 1929 and began teaching. Continuing her education she received a A.B. degree in 1933. She married George Loudenback in 1933. He died in 1966. Later married Sherman Wollam of Grandfield, OK. He died in 1974. After many years of teaching in California, Texas, and Oklahoma, Elizabeth taught in the Lawton public schools from 1950 to 1973. She was a member of the Lawton Christian Science Church and the Retired Teachers Association. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother who is survived by her 3 sons: Donald of Pasadena, Texas, Edward of Salt Lake City, and Douglas of Oklahoma City, and seven grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held Wednes! day, September 17, 2003 at 2:00 pm at Salt Lake City Cemetery. Arrangements by SereniCare, funeral directors.
