I would LOVE to hear more about this Faris family! I have been theorizing they are connected in some way to my John Faris, born in Kentucky who later moved to Missouri. He married a woman from Indiana. Any mention of any John Faris/Farris? The only John Faris I am aware of was born in Scott county Indiana, in the middle 1830s and probably died in Iowa.
